The Board of Directors is responsible for the day to day operations of the Fond du Lac Yacht Club.
The Building Committee is tasked with making sure that items around the Club are fixed, progress is made in updating the facility, and general upkeep of the facility.

The Entertainment Committee is tasked with planning and executing events that take place at the Club throughout the year.
The purpose of the nominating committee is to find people that are interested in serving as officers and directors of the Club.
